RETURN POLICY
I. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all virtual goods purchased through this platform, including but not limited to:
Digital download content (software, music, ebooks)
In-game virtual items, virtual currency
Online services or subscription products
II. Delivery Instructions
Virtual goods are delivered instantly. After payment, the system will automatically send a redemption code, download link, or directly add the product to the user's account.
Delivery is considered successful upon completion of delivery.
III. Return and Refund Rules
Non-Returnable Situations
Once virtual goods are delivered (redemption code sent, download link provided, item received), returns or refunds are not supported.
Refund requests due to personal reasons (mistaken purchase, duplicate purchase, incorrect account) will not be accepted.
Refundable Situations
The product has a major defect or cannot be used normally, and the problem is not caused by the user's operation.
Platform delivery error (e.g., invalid redemption code, wrong product sent).
Refund Process
Users must contact customer service within 72 hours, providing the order number, screenshots of the problem, and other supporting documents.
The platform will review the application within 1 business day and complete the refund within 7 business days.
